Yes. As we are located in a residential neighborhood:
To reserve your date, a non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking.
The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after the event, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning required, or policy violations.
Because we reserve the date exclusively for you and turn away other bookings, the following cancellation policy applies:
